Neonatal Neurocritical Care Fellowship
The Seattle Children’s NeuroNICU program is a unique training experience, serving over 200 new high-acuity patients per year from the five state area of Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho (WWAMI), and is home to a comprehensive high-volume cooling center.
Fellows will rotate at Seattle Children’s Hospital and the University of Washington Level IV NICUs, associated developmental follow up clinics and prenatal clinics. Fellows will receive training in neonatal EEG, neuroimaging, and participate in weekly educational sessions. Additional opportunities for elective rotations in genetics, neurosurgery, POCUS, or palliative care exist.
Trainees will benefit from collaboration with experts in Neonatology and Neurosciences at one of the top medical schools in the country.
