Mission
Prioritize diversity, equality, and inclusion in the University of Washington Department of Neurology.
Vision
We envision this program to increase recruitment of underrepresented residents, fellows, and faculty, diversify invited lecturers, increase awareness of implicit bias and cultural competence, introduce community engagement, expand research focus on health disparities and minority populations, and mentorship in the UW Department of Neurology.
