Mission
Prioritize inclusion and equity for all members of the Department of Neurology at the University of Washington
Vision
We envision this program to foster inclusion & belonging within the Department of Neurology amongst residents, fellows, faculty, and staff through a broad range of lecturers, increased awareness of implicit bias and cultural competence, community engagement, an expanded research focus on health disparities and all populations, and the prioritization of mentorship within the UW Department of Neurology.
We welcome all members of the department of neurology regardless of background, race and gender to join.
