Prioritize diversity, equality, and inclusion in the University of Washington Department of Neurology.
Vision
We envision this program to increase recruitment of underrepresented residents/fellows/faculty, diversify invited lecturers, increase awareness of implicit bias/cultural competence, introduce community engagement, expand research focus on health disparities and minority populations, and mentorship in the UW Department of Neurology.
